Ben Miller, Executive Director of the Coalition for Progress, said the group represents over 30,000 members in Michigan interested in creating alternative energy jobs, ensuring access to health care, promoting education, supporting a clean environment and protecting access to abortion.
“For years, special interest and Republican donors have been flooding the coffers of the campaign committees of the other side,” he said. “For the first time, Coalition for Progress is leveling the playing field.”
