Stage 3 colon cancer. Your cancer has invaded nearby lymph nodes but isn’t affecting other parts of your body yet.
Stage 4 colon cancer. Your cancer has spread to distant sites, such as other organs — for instance to your liver or lung.

There’s one more condition that is called “Recurrent”. This condition refer to the event when your cancer is coming back after finishing a colon cancer treatment. This kind of cancer might recur in the colon, rectum or other organ. The colon cancer symptoms may vary.
