About Us
Founded in 2006 in Kalamazoo, the Michigan Coalition for Progress is an independent progressive voice, over 40,000 members strong, dedicated to holding our elected political leaders accountable. We are a positive, issue-based group, bringing people together to elect progressive leaders who are committed to bringing the change we need to Michigan.
It's time to put Michigan first. For way too long, conservative Republicans in the state legislature have stood in the way of the change we need to move Michigan forward. We need to hold our leadership accountable. By empowering citizens to play an active role in the legislative process, we can help ensure that our leaders in Lansing uphold their commitment to bringing positive change to Michigan.
The Michigan Coalition for Progress is leveling the playing field, because for too long, Lansing has been inundated with right-wing and special interest dollars. Our funding is transparent and a matter of public record.
Help us in our fight to move Michigan forward by joining our coalition, or by donating today.
